Dr. Bisbee is a native of Rogers, but did spend many of her adolescent years in Illinois. She attended Southern Illinois University of Edwardsville, graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. She obtained her podiatric doctorate from Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine, in Chicago, Illinois, in 1999. Dr. Bisbee completed two years of residency in Tucson, Arizona at the Southern Arizona Veterans Administration Hospital.

Returning to her hometown, Dr. Bisbee began private practice in August 2001. By striving to provide the best podiatric care in Northwest Arkansas, putting an emphasis on "patient first", and taking a commonsense approach to addressing patient issues, the practice has flourished.

Dr. Bisbee is Board certified in Foot Surgery and a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. She is a staff member at Mercy Medical Center in Rogers.

Giving back to her profession and community are very important to Dr. Bisbee. Her professional memberships include the American Podiatric Medical Association (currently serving on the national Board of Trustees for the Association), Arkansas Podiatric Medical Association (past President and VP), Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and the American Association of Women Podiatrists. Within the NWA community, Dr. Bisbee is a member of Rogers Downtown Rotary Club. She is also very active as an officer of the Rogers Heritage Booster Club, volunteering with the Rogers Heritage PTO, and is an active member of Living Word Lutheran Church and the Rogers-Lowell Chamber of Commerce.

Dr. Bisbee is married to Steven Ribar, also a native of Rogers, and they have two children - Allyson and Jon. Outside of work Dr. Bisbee can be found attending her kids’ athletic and school activities, participating in outdoor activities, watching her favorite sports teams (the Razorbacks, Denver Broncos, and St. Louis Cardinals), or attending local theater or charity events.
